If Ms. Powell has evidence of actual wrong doing, why is the current approach needed? There's no mention of evidence against Dominion in her current defense at all.
Having proof and proving something in a court of law are 2 different things. Why have we not heard from special prosecutor Durham yet?
Sidney has not been allowed to present her evidence yet in court. This defamation lawsuit will help her to do so through the discovery. My bet is still that Dominion drops this lawsuit, but they have everything at stake including jail time.
