I used to love watching NFL games as much as college, but I am quickly losing interest. As I'm trying to watch some of the Colts/Jets (not that I care about either team, just bored at work), they point out that 4 penalties tonight will make this the most penalized week ever in NFL history and already halfway through the 1st quarter there have been 7 flags thrown. The plethora of rules have made it unbearable to watch and despite the mass changes to "protect" the players, it seems as if there are more injuries today than even 10 years ago. About the only reason I pay attention anymore is to see former Clemson guys do well for brand recognition. Is it getting bad for anyone else, or am I just in the minority here?
