So, JL chose to keep Pepicelli, and now it's coming back to bite him.

The hitting and fielding haven't been great, but the pitching has just been terrible, except for Crownover. There were a lot of us that wondered about Pepicelli when he was hired, whether or not he had enough experience at coaching pitchers. It seems like the answer is clear. Jack could have probably done a lot better at picking a pitching coach, but it's obvious he didn't. And I guess that he probably fought to keep him after the poor performances on the mound last year.

I figured Radakovich would have at least made Jack change the pitching coach. What say ye about this poor decision? Not to say that JL should not have gone also, but I thought that change was a given.
