It's plain and simple...nobody knows what it's going to do, they don't even have a clue. The louder they yell and the more adamant they are in their predictions only indicates just how insecure they are. They're trying to understand the incomprehensible, they're trying to predict the unpredictable. They're not trying to convince you that they're right and they know what's going to happen, they yell so much because they're trying to convince themselves.
