So what is the going rate for high school players?

It all seems very secretive. I understand certain positions demand more money and 5 star kids require more money.

So what is going rate for a top 250 recruit by position? Top 100?

Or is this one of those deals where school "x" has "screw you" type funds and grossly overpays just because they can?
