weather service out of Greer, SC. From what I read as the day/evening progresses, and with the way the storm is shifting, NWS is now saying the heaviest of rain will fall "from a line from Augusta, GA to Myrtle Beach, or in another words more of an east/west fashion than the rain pivoting towards the northwest towards upstate SC.
