No genius but I understand the history and the technology.
What are you afraid of? That we're going to fall behind in technology?
Once again, your analytical skills are non-existent. Identifying you as a genius because you predict a loss of life that has happened each and every time a new and somewhat dangerous and unknown frontier is opened up for exploration apparently means I'm afraid of something such as we're going to fall behind in technology.
No way someone is this dumb to make that kind of jump in logic. Are you so desperate to engage someone in debate that you must invent their side of the argument? How badly do you need to verbally own a conservative so as to proverbially slap a band aid on your lack of self-esteem?

Are you afraid of the U.S. falling behind in technology? Just say yes or no. I have seen the comments on other political boards that show, yes, many people are afraid of falling behind in technology without a space exploration program.
