Interesting. Hold (winning) on single-game bets is about 5% for betting services. Parlays (multi-game bets) increase the hold rate to about 25% and increase the betting services rate of winning by 500%. Also, in-game betting increases the bettors engagement, which also can lead to more severe loses and could promote addiction. Not really news for gambling hobbyists, but good info for the novices.
