Anyone on here that lives in Sugar Creek neighborhood near Greer know of any homes that may be going up for sell in the near future? Or know a realtor that knows the area well and may have a feel for stuff soon coming available? Not a lot of homes there seem to make it to MLS listings so I’ve suspected for a while that off-market deals often take place, which I am willing to do for the right home for my family. Have 2 young kids (one with special needs) and would love to get them into Buena Vista/Riverside.
