I think Joe will be replaced at the DNC convention in August. He is 100% unfit for office and everyone knows it. It's too risky for democrats to run Biden. They are letting him run out the clock so the next candidate has less time to be vetted and picked apart. Democrats are hoping the next candidate will be the shiny new object late in the race.

My guess is that they try and slip in Gov. Newsome, but he is a very unlikeable candidate and I think he loses the general.
