What he has done as a leader of life for young men is something I will never be able to thank him enough for in contributing to this world.
When he surrounds himself with elite staffers he is a beast of his business. What surrounds him now is not elite. Brent, Chad, Jeff, Thad, Tony. Those staffers were trailblazing the landscape of college football as assistants and personnel.
Until the staff is elite, this is where we are. Good men on staff. Good people. But not elite.
