Seems like a very severe civil rights violation at the least but even more importantly, an example of systemic racism that we've been so desperate to find the last 3 + years.

i'm honestly flabbergasted at how you seem to stumble on all these far right wing fringe media outlets.

Let me know if I'm getting closer to a reputable news source.....

Systemic racism does rear its ugly head to me a good many times

I find there is solid group of people who use hate , anger and create disunity among people in general

For example BLM is a classic example of a group creating hate crimes under the guise of promoting social justice and unity

Defunding the police or encouraging police to be disrespected or killed does not make for a better society

The result of the BLM hate movement was that because of police being scarcer in black communities there has been many more black citizens killed and subject to violence

Of course buying expensive houses and drinking fine wine is what the so called leaders do while people are victimized and subject to being killed because of the manipulative genius of the haters

it's better. baby steps, ya know?

to comment on the article, i think it's a pretty slippery slope and don't necessarily agree with it. i understand their desire to want to make the staff have similar representation to the student body, but i don't think this is the best course of action. i'll wait and see if something like this actually takes effect before jumping to conclusions

that sucks and does not seem fair. The most tenured and experienced teachers should be retained, regardless of color.

Although I can see that the most tenured teachers are going to be the whitest, since the article also states that they recognize that black teachers were not traditionally hired as often as white teachers in the past.

but more importantly, why are you talking about this. What if a black child reads your post and feels bad? Stop spouting CRT!

Your original post is spot on. Government sanctioned racism and no one blinks an eye. What if it said, "We will let go persons of color first." Can you imagine the uproar?
