I know there were a lot of complaints last week, with a number being about the limited number of ticket gates open at Gate 1, but it appears there were some adjustments made and they were noticeable. I could tell the difference in the congestion at Gate 1 from 100 feet away, and turns out there were many more gates open compared to last week. Thanks for listening !!
