I never played the game at a competitive level, so maybe the question does not make sense to those who did, but I think Watson maybe that special.
It is obviously a lot to put on him at this stage of his career, so part of the answer is what would have have to do in order to reach that standard for you?
The combination of his position, youth, physical talent, mental talent, maturity, ability to will success, put him in that potential position from my perspective.
I'm no savant, so my list is likely lacking but, some that he's competing with are: William Perry, Anthony Simmons, Sammy Watkins, CJ Spiller.
