I get it. Just some mind numbingly painful turnovers and crazy plays (jacking up Cade on the targeting and still losing possession) were surreal if not comical. The "no punts and no points" mantra has already taken hold.

But the underlying foundation of this team is just crumbling. Somehow we have an 85-man roster where we can barely look at other options if 5 guys leave yet have ZERO depth at WR, LB, QB, OL and DE at a minimum? The first thing we ALWAYS hear is "Well we just don't have any spots open and, gosh durn it, we can only take 20 players in next years class." EVERY SINGLE YEAR? How is that possible?

And the current WR room is the worse in modern history for Clemson (hell, maybe all time, just don't know much about the 1930s-1960s).

And somehow we have zero ability or confidence to make clutch plays at clutch times? How in the F does Tristan Leigh get blown up so bad by an undersized Duke player that he's on his ass watching the dude absolutely blow up Mafah in about half a second after the snap? On the 1-yard line?

These are my thoughts this morning.

But, yes, I'll be parked on Ravenel Rd and in the stands to watch us this Saturday. I love the whole gig too much... I'll just revel in winning close low scoring ballgames against half of the ACC.
