Does it seem odd to you that two weeks after claiming that the Mueller report “completely and totally exonerated” him, Trump has gone back to publicly discrediting the report a few days before the redacted version is released? He is calling the report a fraud again. His personal attorney Giuliani said publicly that they have prepared a 140 page rebuttal to the report. A rebuttal. To a report that completely exonerated him. You don’t see anything strange about that?

The exoneration word was a strategy by the left and mueller’s team? Man, where do you get your news from, fantasy land? Trump is the one who claimed “complete and total exoneration”. I read Barr’s summary and nowhere in there is the word exoneration used. You are the definition of an uninformed rube.

That is correct. Investigators don't pronounce a target as exonerated. You're either charged or not charged. A target is exonerated by the fact that he is not charged. Trump using the word "exonerated" is correct; because by not being charged, he is by default exonerated. Where the left is tricking the weak-minded, is by saying that Mueller did not "exonerate" Trump. Barr, Rosenstein and DOJ lawyers looked at the facts/findings regarding Obstruction, and they found no reason to charge; which means he was "exonerated". So, Trump is correct in using that language.
Now, Comey, on the other hand, "exonerated" Hillary during his speech on July 5, 2016; which he had no right to do. He is not a prosecutor, he was an investigator. He had no right as an investigator to state that no prosecutor would charge her under the circumstances. Only a prosecutor can make that determination. We'll learn more about that in the coming weeks/months, I'm sure.
