When the Scotts left. Elliott wasnt very good by himself at all. The slide was immediate when they both left the program. I like TG but we need an upgrade there asap. We got the upgrade on the oline and OC. Spiller has a good upside and we can roll with him and his lack of experience. We just cant have a staff full of unproven new coaches like we have the last 4 years on one side of the ball. Would love to bring back both Jeff as a asst-hc/wr coach and Brad in an office position like before...
