we are in an age where programs are [can] hire an actual GM for the football program. I’m aware we have named Sorrells. Neff needs to decide if he wants the GM to make the football decisions regarding personnel and The best way to acquire personnel. Let Dabo make coaching decisions. Not sure what the right balance is there, but we need to find it. I’m sure a lot of programs will take the NFL approach on personnel decisions.
