The ND game coming up has me remembering Tony Rice from Woodruff. Did any recruiting violations in the 89 investigation ever correlate to his recruitment? Could we have even taken him if he wanted to come? He was (I think the term back then was) a Prop 48 which meant he didn't qualify and he came in but had to sit out a year of lost eligibility. What was the ACC policy for Prop 48s back then?
