Let’s not politicize trafficking ok. Everything else is on the table, but stay away from this. There are many people not involved with trafficking that hung out with Epstein. This particular issue makes me sick, I know a lot about it. Please stay away from the politics of it. It’s not good and eventually we will know a lot more. Globally over 1 million children go missing every year, and we think the Pandemic is bad. This is the worst, vile shit on the face of our planet.

God knows I don't like Trump or his minions. But this story should NEVER have been published. I personally don't believe it without some real evidence. Most folks would never take part in child trafficking. Having sex with a 17 year old may be stupid, but that's ONE HELL of a long way from selling kids or having sex with a pre pubescent female.

It's always newsworthy when a sitting congressman is under investigation by the DOJ. Also, having sex with an underage girl that you paid to travel across state lines with, is sex trafficking.
In this case, I disagree. The stigma associated with this never goes away (even if he's innocent).
I'll bite here. If Gaetze is guilty here, then he should go to prison! What gets me is that the DOJ is ALL OF A SUDDEN wanting to fight this battle (which they should) but they have long gave way to the ultimate war that has been going on for many years!

FWIW...the photo was offered without comment, in a thread about politicians and sex trafficking. But it is, at a factual level, a picture of the former President of the United States with two people who later turned out to be notorious sex traffickers of underage girls (allegedly). One of whom the POTUS wished well from the White House, then confirmed his well wishes in a subsequent interview.
You did exactly what the media has done to Trump, regardless if it’s true, you posted a pic with notorious child traffickers and said nothing. It’s how meme’s are so effective now in politics. A picture worth 1000 words even if the words are false is slanderous and malicious in intent.

Trump didn't do that. He wished an alleged sex trafficker of children well, then doubled-down on those well-wishes saying "Let them prove somebody was guilty." For someone who regularly throws around accusations of impropriety and malfeasance, it's interesting that he stands up for the alleged abuser of children.
Again, these are irrefutable facts.

There is nothing wrong with this remark at all. There is still a presumption of innocent until proven guilty in this country for now at least. You are off the rails on this one.

Most politicians would shy away from a political grenade like that. At a minimum they would probably say something like, "If these allegations are true, they're extremely troubling." Not Donald. He hopes that the lady who has been accused of grooming underage girls to be sexually abused is doing well in prison. Classy guy.

And we all know that Trump is notorious for assuming innocence first and letting due process play-out.
