It doesn't matter if she did. Most on here know how I feel about Trump, but even I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of her mouth. I didn't when she was spewing her election BS, and the fact that she'd do that ruins any credibility she might have had... this is a non story.
Agreed, but I am curious if she has emails or documents that can show some guilt?

Theory 1: She's deep state and was just playing the long game to "GET TRUMP".
Theory 2: She's just the latest target of everyone who isn't Trump. She's just a pawn for the DoJ and had to do this to protect her faminly (ie the General Flynn defense).
But here's the deal. She's going to be expected to testify to things the feds already know and can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt. They are going to be relying on her to confirm a lot of the evidence they already have, not merely to provide clarity on everything they need to nail Trump. There will be some of that too of course. But a lot of her testimony will be corroborated by other witnesses and by hard evidence.
This is an extremely big deal and it's awful for Trump's entire legal strategy.

Do you:
- double down and say Sidney Powell is a deep state operative or she’s been compromised by the govt?
- acknowledge through several check and balances that she is in fact guilty of legit crimes. She is willing to admit fault and receive a lesser sentence in exchange for information. This makes her no different than Henry Hill but even Henry was found trustworthy enough to lock away his peers.
She was respected enough to be hired with a LONG resume. I’m assuming she’s respected enough to come clean.
At some point……. Does the USA heal? Or, is winning at all costs for selfish gain more important? (At that’s for all Pubs and Libs?)

She immediately becomes the highest-level known cooperating witness against Trump and she appears poised to offer some pretty damning testimony against him.

Back to the topic at hand. If she testifies in court that Trump was part of a discussion in the Oval Office that discussed illegally taking or breaking into election offices that is massive. As Chris Christie said, "You don't get no jail time and 6 years probation because you don't have valuable information."
Again, Coffee County has nothing to do with Trump. She didn't plead guilty to any RICO charges. You should consider that maybe prosecution didn't want to go to trial as it would have exposed every single witness in THIS trial. That takes the luster out when they finally try Trump and gives him and his attorneys a head start.

Some of us are capable of thinking of multiple issues at one time. I for example can laugh at The Republicans making absolute fools of themselves with this Speaker of the House debacle, I can point out that Powell pleading guilty is probably not good for Trump, I can watch what's happening in Israel, I am also capable of reading about football and working a full time job.

The entire plea deal is contingent on her future testimony in any trials where she may be called. If she doesn't cooperate the deal is off the table. You should check out our reality some time. You wouldn't like it, but you'd at least stop looking like a total buffoon every time you post.

She was going to be tried along with Chesebro, whose trial will start next week if he doesn't reach a plea deal, which means the same witnesses will be exposed due to the RICO charges. So your point is moot if that trial moves forward, though I'm sure prosecutors would prefer not to spend the next four months in a trial that will expose the entire prosecution's case.
And what she plead guilty to is irrelevant to the testimony she will provide but keep on telling yourself that the plea deal is no biggie. Is that what Kanekoa the Great told you on the twit?

You keep saying she only plead guilty to one misdemeanor, which is wrong. Yes, she plead guilty to the Coffee County charge surrounding the voting machines, but she also plead guilty to 5 other charges: five counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with the performance of election duties.
She plead down 7 felony charges to 6 misdemeanors and got 6 years probation and will pay a small fine. The biggest part of the plea is she will cooperate with prosecution in the other cases.
She also has to wait 6 years before she can “honestly say” she was never convicted of the charges or she could be retried. This means in every conversation for the next six years she cannot say Trump didn’t interfere in the Georgia election or that it was stolen for Biden.
Who knows how the Trump case will play out, but this is definitely NOT a good development for his defense team.

So Chesebro also took a plea which is probably the best outcome for the prosecution so they don't have to show their hand and now they have two top-level cooperating witnesses. Frump is fooked

Yep, initially they thought they would catch the DA off-guard by asking for a speedy trial, knowing that if they weren't ready to try them by the deadline, they could be exonerated. Fani Willis then called their bluff by saying she was ready to try them now. Even if the prosecution was ready to try them, it would have been bad for the rest of the RICO trial because they'd have to reveal their evidence, which would be a dream for the other defendants. Scaring them into plea deals that would require their ongoing cooperation was the best outcome for these two.

My guess is these 2 knew they were ****ed and requested a speedy trial specifically to get these deals. No idea if that's true, but that's what I think.
