My question - Could they possibly give an example or two of preventing an event as claimed in the past 24 years of this? How do programs like DEI and trans promotion in Africa protect us from these things she’s claiming.

Honestly, it's not that farfetched with even a modicum of critical thinking. It maintains our influence in areas that allows for our intelligence agencies to more easily gather intelligence on potential bad actors. Education is probably the #1 way to combat religious extremism in these impoverished countries. Having a US-based agency focusing on providing medical services/education to children in these countries can help prevent them from going down the extremist path.

Re-COVID, idk, seems a bit of a stretch, but I have no doubt the WHO and other international medical operations have helped curb potential outbreaks before they've started.
