As indicated previously in this document, so as not to discourage vaccination, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR Part 1904's recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022.

For you to have an after effect , by your timetable, at seventy to seventy seven days following the date of vaccination, takes you out of the vaccine causation realm. You are obviously prone to clotting, which Covid is known to cause or aggravate to a deadly manner. Without the vaccine, you may not make it through Covid. I don't doubt that most workers comp claims are minor claims for a few days missed from work or for some medical bills. But without permanent impairment rating to a valued body part , or a disability , it is not a claim worth bringing by an atty because the plaintiff's attorney will make not be able to make a living from it. Good luck on finding a permanent impairment or disability from a covid vaccine. Your wife is a workers comp defense atty. She gets paid by the hour , win , lose , or draw. The plaintiffs atty will only get paid if they win , and their fee , which is based on impairment and wage scale, is capped at one third, and must be approved by the commissioner. This is very basic. I am sure your wife can explain it to you.
Reading gateway pundit and the quack dr mercola is going to drive you crazy. But assuming this guy , whose differential diagnosis was psycho, is telling the truth, then the problems came frim an inadvertent intravenous jab as opposed to an intramuscular jab, not the vaccine per se. He just got a direct hit into the vein, which is always inadvisable in covid vaccine. It is the "fault" of the care provider and faulty administration of the shot, not the vaccine. As far as all this heart damage fearmongering going on, the heart inflammation is extremely rare still and even then temporary, Hell, i had intermittent tachycardia and shortness of breath for three months after my bout with covid. No problems from the vaccine , except four hours or so of fever and chills. You can pop up a few anecdotes here and there, but when you compare to the millions who have gotten the vaccine, it is a drop in the lake.Here is some more so called trash for you....one person.
