Hey Guys:
This past weekend Woody Wommack had a chance to go check out Zerrick Cooper play just south of Atlanta. Cooper looked good, playing without a brace on his knee for the first time since returning from last season's ACL injury. He tried making a few more vertical passes than the video suggests, but his team really doesn't have the personnel to create a lot of offensive opportunities where that is concerned.
Maybe the biggest takeaway is that he was comfortable running, cutting and taking hits throughout the game. He showed no hesitation tucking and running if he didn't have an open receiver and kept his offense rolling. Sounds like there is a relationship with Florida to contend with, but in the meantime he seems very solid with Clemson.
Thanks for watching the video!
