This is all Stephen Miller and it is a stupid vindictive policy from the White House, nothing to do with the NCAA.
It will all depend on the interpretation of the language and if the WH ultimately caves, but right now this is a purely partisan/ideological move to hurt higher education (which Miller said himself) and a move to try to force schools to not go online (which I hope doesn't happen too but not like this...).

Most schools will have to do away with college tennis entirely. Virtually ALL foreign students. Been that way for many years. Of course, that would please our former coach, Chuck Kriese, as he never believed in bringing in all these foreign students. He is the head coach at The Citadel now. All the players there are from America.
Impressive that we are willing to “deport” even the most desirable of immigrants. Many of them who would otherwise end up being way more beneficial to the US and at least 75% of the idiots already here.
Mute point as Clemson will not be offering online classes only. Although approximately 3/4 of classes will be offered optional class room or online, the balance can only be conducted in the class room or lab.
