Watching Clemson App State on Direct TV

So, I heard about this ESPN College Extra and called Direct TV. Spoke with someone overseas who knows nothing about it, but did finally tell me they only offer that to commercial businesses. Can anyone confirm this? I just don't have much confidence in this fella overseas who new nothing about his product.
