For the basketball centric schools in the ACC (which is to say, nearly 25% of our member schools), Bug Howard (UNC WR) had a great idea to increase attendance:
Have the basketball team scrimmage during halftime!
I love it. But in all seriousness, while we don't have the attendance issue, most P5 schools do and it's glaringly bad in some schools - not just students but mostly the donors. Some of these schools need to thinkoutside the box to increase attendance.
