This may get zapped. What are your thoughts on Saban doing this? Not so much about the political issue, but I just don't see Dabo doing this. Seems like this wouldn't go over to well with the State of Alabama either.

It's not about the bill, I think it's about changing the process to allow the bill to be presented in the first place. Saban just trying to be woke. The state of Alabama just cares about winning football games.

I think everyone’s vote should count as long as you have proper ID and are a citizen of the US without felonies. How they are counted is a different story.

Saban did resist efforts to include support for carving out the filibuster in the actual letter.
