I've been hearing a ton on TV and financial gurus regarding a potential market down turn. Some of these folks mention a 30% decline, that's scary!!
If 08' was the real estate bubble, then what possibly could the next blowout be? ie. Student loan debt, US dollar, college education, Health Care Industry, Energy, credit card debt, gold, etc.
