A lot of people mentioned their professional wins in @Cris_Ard thread.
What were the things / activities / people / processes / etc. that had the most impact on whatever success you achieved, however you define success?
For me, this was year 2 running/co-owning a company. A lot of days not knowing which way is up, flying blind, learning on the fly. Most impactful for me this year was being introduced to an industry leader, one of the original 5 members of a company that has grown from startup to $500 million in annual sales over the past 8 years or so.
This started as a “hey, you should just talk to this guy” from another contact and has developed into a coaching/mentoring relationship. I’m paying him a measly amount each month, pocket change for him and what he could charge someone for an hour of time. He’s poured so much into helping me an my business - one day I’ll hope to pay it forward to someone else.
