I submit all coaches/analysts associated with special teams should be first on the chopping block.

Consider this - if we don’t have eight (8) kicks blocked this year, I think kicking a field goal on 4th and 4 from the 20 or so in the 1st qtr is an easy call. Those 3 points would have been nice to have later in the game, particularly on the final drive.

Punting has been inconsistent, punt returns are non-existent, and we’ve pressured the opposing punter less than 5 times this year.

The only redeeming elements of that phase of the team are kick-offs and FG when they don’t get blocked.

Let’s start over and be serious about special teams. It matters.
