I used Just For Men a couple of times about 8-10 years ago when I was in my late 40's when the gray started coming in and it worked very well, but I had to do it every 5 to 6 weeks and I just said fvck it! It wasn't worth the time or effort long term. Just go natural, but I can understand someone in their 20's or 30's trying to slow down father time a little.
