Wisconsin Representative Ramthun who is running for Governor in Wisconsin and Karen Mueller who is running for Attorney General in Wisconsin and others held a press conference in the state capitol to discuss the 2020 Election.

State Representative Timothy Ramthun, who is running for Governor in Wisconsin, released this press release this morning with a call to action.

Ramthun and Mueller reminded those in attendance that the Wisconsin Supreme Court recently ruled that the drop boxes in the state are not legal in the state under Wisconsin law.

The GOP candidates shared that if the drop boxes aren’t legal under election law, then the ballots that were collected in drop boxes in the 2020 Election were not legitimate. The number of ballots dropped in the drop boxes in Wisconsin way outnumbered the margin of win given to Joe Biden.

Because of this, Representative Ramthun says the election should be decertified. There are remedies for this and the most prominent remedy over the past 30 years is to do the election over.

The blame here goes to the public officials who put in the ballot boxes and not the voters. The voters were victims. We also know that the drop boxes were magnets for fraud. The movie 2000 Mules was all over this and reportedly identified a number of mules in Wisconsin.
How can you keep an election result that you know is contaminated with hundreds of thousands of illegitimate votes when the winner was given the race by much less?

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that absentee drop boxes are illegal in the state.
The court ruled 4-3 that the drop boxes can only be placed INSIDE election offices.
Of course, this is horrible news for Democrats who rely on drop boxes to cheat in the elections with thousands of fraudulent votes.

The recent documentary “2000 Mules” revealed how Democrats used the ballot drop boxes in several states in an organized national ballot trafficking voter scam.
The movie revealed that hundreds of thousands of votes were stolen in 2020 using the ballot drop boxes including thousands in the state of Wisconsin.
Earlier this week leading Republicans in Wisconsin held a press conference where they insisted that if the drop boxes aren’t legal under election law, then the ballots that were collected in the drop boxes in the 2020 Election were also not legitimate.

The number of ballots deposited in the drop boxes in Wisconsin outnumbered the slim margin of victory given to Joe Biden in 2020.

Now it appears Speaker Vos is agreeing with grassroots activists. If there is provable and overwhelming 2020 election fraud declared in a Court of law, then there needs to be a do-over of that election.

Here is Speaker Vos agreeing to a do-over of an election outcome if that election was affected by voter fraud. A do-over is a remedy.

This is big news coming from Robin Vos considering he has pushed back against any attempts to investigate the obviously questionable results coming from Wisconsin in the 2020 eleciton.

His primary race must be closer than he expected.

Yes--this is how voter fraud is litigated. These are just referrals and you need actual evidence to prosecute so hold your horses but again this is the correct procedure.

And if you review all the cases known to date like I have (you can read them all at the heritage foundation site) then you know it is statistically insignificant, cuts basically equally between repubs and dems, and is largely due to human error (not knowing the rules of the state or locality ie voting as a felon for ex which is legal in some states and not others or voting in the wrong precinct etc).

But there is a process for all of these and none of them given a legislature permission to overturn entire elections like some TYRANNICAL BODY. Why do REPUBLICANS now love THE BIGGEST GOVT OVERREACH EVER??

(and sorry to burst your bubble but Wisconsin elections are some of the tightest in the country. The idea that drop boxes which were completely legal and used for decades by states both repub and dem in this country for decades and hundreds of millions of ballots could be used to overturn democracy--is antithetical to liberty, which republicans don't seem to care about these days...)
