Any update on Capehart?

Is he healthy enough to get some snaps this game. Just to provide a breather for some guys.

He was tested earlier this week for small pox, even though hes vaxxed and feeling fine. His status for the game is up in the air at this point pending the potential of a false positive. Thanks for logging into the matrix.
I am asking about Capehart.
I have been on the train that is he has star potential but can’t seem to get healthy

I was extremely sarcastically referring to capeheart, by ironically relating it to TD’s situation. I have no idea what’s actually up with him. I’ll see myself out of this thread so maybe someone can actually answer the question, of which there is no answer.

you are probably right. We heard almost back but never heard if he ever practiced or not. I would think if he practiced any he would be atleast used in spots to spell some guys. We need 4 bodies at DT this game

Best case scenario, we get up 2-3 TD's on the Dawgs before we have to go to the sidelines for Bresee/Tre Williams backups.

Really anxious to see how Tre Groovy plays.

Where did this rumor start? Saw on Twitter it was a UGA message board. If true, not sure everyone should be freaking out.

I would think Page would play before Capehart this game if they had 2 have him..Good lord he's 340 you'd think Page could just go in and sit down in a gap on a few run downs if nothing else..lol

Forgetting about the old 3-4. Rather have 4 good LBers on the field than a DT who can’t hold up the point of attack. I’m sure BV has a plan.

Only issue with that is we dont have a mammoth tackle that can cave the interior in by himself. Having said that, if uga's is on their back up center, I like whoever's chances that lines up over him.

I'm guessing we are going to see more of the 3-4 like last year.

So many people on here raved about Capehart when we signed him, so it will be nice to get him healthy eventually to see what he can do.

I believe Myles Murphy played some DT last year and could play if needed
Definitely have a lot more depth at DE than DT
I think a rotation of ruke, Williams, bresee will be fine unless we just cannot stop them. That would probably put Bresee/ruke at about 40-50 snaps(breese might play the whole game) and William's at 20-30. Gotta remember, they're banged up a little on ol, down their starting te, two best receivers. We have no excuse.

HA! The about sums everything up right now. Well said :)

I don't believe I replied to you. I replied to the guy that is continuously posting the same video in every thread that even mentions covid-19.

Haha, people with vaccine are still getting covid and transmitting covid. I'm not here to go back and forth but that is a fact. The majority on here, around me, and the research I've done is all the same. The vaccine is supposed to reduce symptoms, that's it.
You say "thats it" like its some small feat. Do you know how many 20-40 year old healthy individuals who were unvaxxed I've seen die, alone and scared, in our COVID ward here at my hospital?

27 in 3 weeks. Dead, some in the span of 48 hours from coming in.

Now ask me how many 20-80 year old vaccinated individuals I have seen die.

And reduce the amount of time you are a carrier

doesn’t matter to me though. One 34 year old with 2 kids just died in my community and a lady at my church her son in law mid 30s is on a vent with his wife 5 months pregnant.

Everyone do what they want just don’t whine when they get sick or a loved one gets sick and dies.

More importantly, don't come into my hospital and take up an ICU bed from a child with a GSW or a cancer patient. You have every right to not get vaccinated, you also have the right to stay home and die and not impact the healthcare system with your ill fated decision.

I don’t understand this line of thought as a businessman. If my company was getting a surge in orders for the last 18 months, we would figure out a way to increase capacity. This isn’t going away, figure something out and increase capacity. I would be fired if I told my paying customers to “stay at home.”

It is obvious by your statement that you have ZERO idea how Hospitals make a large portion of their profit. Newsflash, it isn't from caring for people who then die. Its from elective surgeries.

Do you handle overdoses the same way? What if the cancer patient is a chronic smoker? Do we let them die in the parking lot as well? How about the obese individuals with heart disease that eat fast food and not take care of themselves their entire life?

I understand where you are coming from but the same can be said in the examples i just gave you.

May bode well for the tigers. The hardest front to block out of a Pro-I set is an odd front. This may force Venables to stay in it for the most part. I think we’re going to see a combo of Bresee, Foster, Murphy inside with XT being the swing man. My dads been a Pro-I high school coach for 30 years and he hates when defenses line up in a 3-3-5 or 3-4. With UGA being down a bunch of outside weapons they’re going to try getting comfortable out of a pro set. They won’t score more than 13. If TD is in fact healthy it may be worse for them.

I think money is made from surgeries, but I could be completely wrong here. I don't know how you solve this issue of no beds due to covid patients though. Especially when the unvaccinated are the ones clogging up the system, everyone deserves care but what about people that can't get it due to being full.

Tough spot.

Thats the kind and compassionate liberal view.
