WR rotation

I know we are all talking about it, but genuinely, why did we not see much rotation between the WRs when it was obvious the offense was not moving the ball? Randall and our wannabe Renfrow did not get any separation. Give the young guys some chances to make a difference. I feel like every series it was just those two trotting out with the offense. Heck even Brown didn’t get much thrown to him in the first half. Gotta be some moves in the WR room
