This one surprises the heck out of me. I don't think I ever remember, maybe you guys have examples, of a DB basically not playing at all for over half of the season then coming in and not only starting but seemingly locking down WRs and making game defining tackles at the LOS.
The 4th down stop where this skinny freshman just whips the WR blocking in front of him and takes down a dynamic RB with only one yard to gain was jaw dropping. That looked like a 5th year senior type play. What an absolute LUXURY we have knowing that for the next 2-3 years we have a starting CB written in.
