Investigators apparently found Norvell himself did NOT commit any violations.

Is he is viewed as innocent, an unfortunate and unaware bystander of shenanigans being committed around him, now with the perfect reason to leave?

Or is it impossible for a head coach to not realize these things are going on, making him a pariah and killing his chances at a huge job offer?
