Why is the B1G so much more valued than the ACC. I totally get the SEC due to the number of strong football schools.
When looking at the B1G, the football schools are marginally better overall, but it’s not apples and oranges (in my opinion). And while basketball is not the main revenue driver for any conference, we would appear, at least historically, to offer more than the BIG.
Like I said, likely a dumb question, but I’m interested to hear opinions or explanations.
