I haven't received emails from Clemson in a few months.
When baseball season tix were made available, the student in the ticket office admitted to me that many people had complained that they never received the email informing donors of their window to select tickets.
I have yet to receive anything regarding the traditional Feb 15th deadline for 1/2 of Iptay donation.
Whoever answered the phone at IPTAY today told me I must have unsubscribed from the emails - I asked him, "Why would I unsubscribe from my favorite and most expensive hobby?"
Then he told me I was the only person to have complained about the email so it must be something I've done. I politely asked him to talk to the ticket office and ask them about the baseball ticket fiasco.
Anyone else having email issues?
