It sounds like there will be a $20m salary cap. Yes, the players will get more cash (which is fair), but the colleges will get to set some rules. Collective bargaining my friends!
Once we get this "cap," will Dabo use it like everyone else? I think he will see that it will be "within the rules" at that point.
