Who's going "caveman style" for the holidays?

I have a 13 lb. Wagyu Brisket that will be slow-smoked (pecan and mesquite) for my family gathering. A bone-in ham for the wife's fam (cherry and apple). Talk to me, folks.





Will be grilling Bison Burgers tonight. Charcoal and chunks of apple wood, cause that's how I roll.




I hope everyone is doing well. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah (though it's over), happy Kwanzaa.....however you choose to worship, I hope it's the best for you and yours.
