It’s been about 2 years since I’ve done any lifting. For a while I’ve rotated focus between row machine, body weight exercises, yoga, walking etc. which has been good for me. Ideas or plan for the first couple of weeks back on some weights? Me and my buddy who has PRX system.
Edit to add - I know the tenants of lifting, been doing it most of my life. I’m asking if anyone has done a routine to get back in the groove of things.
