I grew up in the age of 3 squares. Didn’t know what a “snack” was.
The older I get the more I find myself eating once a day, sometimes not eating at all. But max 2 times per day with a 6-8 hour gap minimum between eating.
It seems the people Im around find this crazy and they act like they’re going to pass out if they dont hit their meals and if they start feeling “snacky” they have to get something to eat.
