I know this has probably been discussed but if you had 10-30k that you wanted to invest for 3-4 yrs what would you do with it? Interest rates in savings, cd etc suck but money would be safe. I have a scottrade acct that has a some money in but nothing serious. Should I just take the money and buy stock in companies like Coca cola, bud, BP etc that have a decent dividend or is there something better?
