OT: Weekend Outdoor Cooking Thread.....

The Greer/Lyman Metroplex
Will fire up the charcoal again tonight, this time for some wings (Tong Dak). They went into a Korean BBQ marinade hours ago. Used the following recipe as a guide, using elements of both the "Spicy" and "Sweet and Savory" marinades:




Celery and carrot spears are cut, have to mix the Bleu Cheese Dressing (may add bacon "chips" for an additional flavor component).

Got a Wagyu Ribeye for tomorrow or Sunday (since I planned religiously for 33 years at work, I fly by the seat of my pants in retirement).


Anyone else channeling their inner cave man tonight?
