With a new system comes a new beginning for not only the players but the coaching staff as well. Each individual position coach will be forced to reinvent himself from the terminology he uses, the drills he practices and even some of the techniques. We are going to see who can really coach, because this fresh start is a way to force yourself to break bad or lazy habits, it's a brand new start. Maybe you can throw out some drills that are outdated, or pointless that you had been using because they fit the "Clemson offense" or were used by a predecessor. Now is the time for Spiller, Grisham, Richardson and Austin to fix anything that they didn't feel comfortable fixing before now or else risk stepping on someone's toes who is still around the program in some regard. Just my thoughts.
