Puerto Rico recs

Girlfriend and I are headed there for a week next week. Any recs would be greatly appreciated. Staying in Old San Juan the first night and then a timeshare the rest of the week. We’re both into history and exploring. Got a rental car, so we should be able to go anywhere on the island.
