South Carolina NIL Bill Passes State Senate

H.4957, the NIL bill, received its 3rd reading in the Senate a moment ago and will be sent to the House for it to consider the Senate's amendments. Tomorrow is the last day of regular session for the South Carolina General Assembly. The bill needs to be enrolled for ratification (i.e. presented to the Governor for signature or veto) or in the status of a conference committee before 5pm tomorrow in order to remain alive.
