Many of us on this board are South Carolina residents and have been aware of the ongoing situation between charter and public schools in our state. This recent news report puts some of the hearsay and rumor into a more structured and factual context. Also particularly interesting are the documents provided at the conclusion of the article. The 2021 report to Gov. McMaster from the State Inspector General is also enlightening. It's a polarizing issue for many of us.
