*****What should the Bengals do with Tee Higgins?

I'm far from an expert here, and curious for y'all's thoughts.

The Chiefs have won back-to-back titles, showing it's possible to win it all while letting en elite receiver (Tyreek Hill) go and investing your money elsewhere.

But gosh, it sure seems like the Bengals need to stick the franchise tag on him and roll with the Burrow/Higgins/Chase combo.
